2. Shipping Timeline
Once your order is placed, please allow the following processing and delivery times:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Note: Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, the Standard shipping starts from $5.99, and the Express shipping starts from $29.99. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $69.99 or more.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Mukola Store. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
4. Delivery Process
- Your order will be delivered by a trusted shipping carrier.
- Once delivered, please inspect your package for any visible damage. If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number, and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Cancellations: To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
